Stock processing time varies for each item in your order. Most orders that are in stock will ship within 5-10 business days (M-F) of order placement, unless otherwise stated on the product shipping description page and in your confirmation email next to each item.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. In this email, you can click the "View Order Status" button to go to your order status page where you can view your order status and tracking information. You can also check your order status by clicking on the red chat widget in the bottom right corner and entering your order number from the Order Status section.

A status of "Confirmed" means that the order is not ready to be shipped. No need to worry, it just means that your order is still being processed. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a second shipping notification email with tracking details and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives.

If you have not received your order, please carefully check all shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email next to the item before contacting support.


We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If your order is not yet in processing, we will do our best to accommodate any update requests such as size changes, address changes or order cancellations.

Once your order has entered the processing queue at our distribution centre, we are unable to make any changes other than an address change or cancellation. Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address.
